About Us

Our Vision

To provide on schedule, high quality service to our client base at fair market value by maintaining work-fair policies for our employees and trades alike. We strive to become an employer of choice in our segment of General Contracting and Contract Management.

The Index Approach

Group of employees gathered around a table.

Integrity and fairness are not words that are loosely thrown around at Index Construction. We are client-first when it comes to taking on new projects, which means our bids are not market-driven, but rather based on actual operational demands. This approach has resulted in clients coming back to us for over 800 repeat projects and we are pleased to retain long standing contracts with large institutions like York University and University of British Columbia, municipalities like Brampton and Coquitlam, project management companies like GWL Realty Advisors and Oxford Property Management, and retailers like LensCrafters and Home Depot.

Meet Nick

Nick started in the construction space on the floor — literally. As a general labourer in the flooring industry, Nick gained the skills and experience to learn all about the trades, working his way towards an assistant site supervisor. Over the years Nick pursued night school for gold seal certification and became a project manager, then eventually construction manager and chief estimator. Nick joined Index as Vice President of Operations and in 2013 acquired the company to reshape and grow the business to one that is associated with quality and reliability across the industry.
