Our Construction Management team allows the Developer to take a significant hands-on role in their project. This strategy allows for ‘open book’ accounting, which means that the Developer knows the costs of every aspect of the job and benefits from any savings garnered along the way and to have direct input on quality. The benefits of this understanding include: cost savings directed to the Developer, fast-track construction schedule and hands-on approach

Our Construction Management program covers all aspects of a project, from conception to completion and commissioning. This often includes, but is not limited to:
